Tuesday, July 4th

8:30 a.m. – Gather for judging at North Highlands Bible Church (Garden Oaks & Church Road)

9:00 a.m. – Parade starts at Church and ends at Lake Highlands North Recreation Center

9:45 a.m. – Awards, Entertainment, Food, Carnival Games and Prizes

10:30 a.m. – Free Swimming
Awards for Best Decorated Bikes, Trikes, Floats, Costumes and Pets
