Plans come to light for the vacant lot behind Kroger

David Weekley Homes has begun the rezoning process for the property at 8501 Plano Rd (next to Churchhill, behind Kroger). Their intention is to build 85 attached and detached single family homes on the property. Here's a link to the lot summary aerial.
